We have a large double bedroom which has its own bathroom to rent in a Mews house in the Holborn WC1N area. 5 minute walk from Holborn, Russell Square & Chancery Lane underground stations. Right by Clerkenwell area. 15 min walk to St Pauls, Farringdon, Covent Garden & Oxford St.


There is a communal lounge / kitchen, fully furnished with fibre optic fast broadband and TV package (Sky Sports etc). The lounge has got a large TV, DVD player and hi-fi speakers.

The room is fully furnished, has lots of storage space (both for hanging and folding) and 2 nice balconies.

Current tenants - 3 young professional males - we are looking for someone to move in from mid to late November 2014. Length of term is flexible e. g. 2-4 months is fine.

Rent is £950 a month - bills & council tax are approx £200 each a month so this means a total cost of around £1150 per month. This includes a cleaner once a week (who cleans the common areas, such as corridors and lounges, and all the bathrooms).

Deposit of 1 month's rent required (will be returned to you when you choose to end your tenancy).
