Largest room in a 4-bedroom, 1400 square-foot flat. Room faces the British Museum with a beautiful view of the front gate. Under 10 min away from Tottenham Court Road, Holborn, and Russell Square tube stations.

The flat has a living room, a dine-in kitchen, and a storage room. It is in excellent condition, and maintained by someone who lives in the building.

Flatmate is departing at the end of the lease. We are looking for a new flatmate to join us on the new lease starting September 6th for a year. Earlier arrival is possible. Previously we had 2 males and 2 females for balance but we are open to all applications.

This is the large room and is £1,130 per month.

You will be joining one male (myself, Irish, professional, data science) and one female (Belgian, masters student in climate change) on the new lease.

Bills (utilities, broadband, council tax, cleaner) to be shared equally, and amount to about £120 /mo per person.

Students are welcomed, although the agency requires students to pay the rent in quarterly installments and note that council tax is split equally among the residents.
