Large double room for rent in lovely flat - hoxton

About the flat:
I have a large double room to rent in a lovely sunny flat in a great area. It is 3 mins from Hoxton square, 6 mins from Old Street.
The rent is £720 a month and bills on top of this which come to £95 per month (Council Tax, Water, Gas, Elec and Internet). This may increase slightly as I have been away for a year and my tenants are environmentally conscious!

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, large chest of drawers and bedside tables. There is also a fitted wardrobe and an inbuilt bookshelf with a desk.

There is a largish kitchen and although the bathroom isn't massive it was recently done up and has a great powerful shower. There is a very small shared living room, which has access to the lovely communal patio at the back.

About myself:

I am a 27 year old primary school teacher and am a live in landlady. I spend my spare time with friends eating, going to the pub, shopping at markets, going to the cinema/watching films and hanging out with my cat, Daisy.

About you:
I am looking for a professional who is clean and tidy and respectful of who they live with. I don't particularly want to have to tidy or clean up after someone, so if that isn't you I'm not sure this is the right flat! It would be really nice to have someone who enjoys the same kind of things, good food, going to the pub, watching films, good music. Of course you have to like cats!
