Lovely light room in a quiet but handy location

The flat is part of a new development a stone's throw from Upper Street. It's a one-minute walk from Highbury & Islington station with access to the Victoria line, Overground and First Capital Connect service direct to Moorgate, plus lots of bus routes.

It's a fully-furnished, very light, high-spec flat in a secure block set back from the road. It's a great location but a quiet space. There's a Tesco and Waitrose downstairs and secure bike storage in the basement.

The room is a decent sized double, with a bed, a couple of chests of drawers, a large wardrobe and a desk which can be removed if necessary.

I'm looking for a calm, quiet and independent flatmate who is considerate and willing to pull their weight. I'm a teacher who works long hours, so most of the time I lead a quiet life; home is somewhere peaceful to relax with the bare minimum of visitors. A plus would be someone who is happy to share the odd meal or glass of wine of an evening.

I would be happy to consider a Monday-Friday let.

At the moment, bills come to £141 pcm, including Sky TV, broadband & phone, gas, electricity, water and council tax. Sky TV is an optional extra that I'd be willing to cancel if needs be.
