We are looking for a third housemate for our spacious top floor flat - part of a beautiful Georgian town house in Kennington's conservation area.

Although the flat is set back on a quiet road, it's only 5 minutes from Kennington, 10 minutes from Lambeth North and 15 minutes from Vauxhall tube stations. There are also good bus routes running past the flat, including regular services to Westminster/Parliament Square and Kings Cross. Waterloo and Southbank are a 15 minute walk away.

There are a good number of popular pubs, restaurants and several supermarkets nearby.

We are both professionals, two females, working in law and interior design. We both work full-time, so we would like a third flatmate with a similar schedule. We would like our new flatmate to be clean, considerate and easy to get along with.
