The houseshare comprises of a fully fitted shared kitchen including: Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Dryer.
Broadband internet is also included, but there is no shared TV.
There are a total of two shower rooms and toilets in the house. there is a communal lounge.
The house is only a few minutes walk from Kennington and Oval Tube stations (Northern Line), also a 5 minute walk away is Vauxhall station for both Main line train links/ Underground links and bus links.
Westminster and the heart of Central London is only 10 mins by bus, which conveniently stops right outside the house! (Great for those party till you drop weekends!)
Also close by 3 mins away is Kennington Park, which host a weekly Farmers fair.
Tesco's superstore is just round the corner only 2 mins away.
Right on your door step you will find great restaurants/ pubs/ bars and coffee shops, so your never far away from a place to relax and enjoy Kennington's relaxed atmosphere.
