The house is located on a lovely well lit, quiet and safe street.

Conveniently located close to Elephant & Castle and Kennington transport networks you can easily catch 24/7 buses in and around London as well as accessing the Overground, Bakerloo and Northern Lines, all of which are literally between 2-5 min walks away.
South Bank Uni (5mins), Kings (20mins), London School of Communication (5mins) and Guys and St Thomas' medical school, however you don't have to be a student to live here.

You can easily get into the city centre and the house is close to a number of attractions such as the Shard, Tower Bridge, Westminster. The area is good for food shopping and has several excellent cafes and bars nearby.

The room is located on the ground floor next to the shared kitchen and living room areas. We have a bathroom and shower room each with their own toilet, so congestion is never an issue. The house is like new, access to washing machine, dryer, microwave and oven.
