Two Interns Looking For a Kennington Flatmate!

Hi! We're two young student interns on a placement year in central London looking for one more person to fill the last spot in our three bedroom flat. It's fully furnished, with three double bedrooms, kitchen, a bathroom and located in an excellent position, just under a ten minute walk away from both Kennington and Oval stations on the Northern Line (Zone 2). Bills aren't included but should be an extra £45-£50 a month.

As the current tenants are student interns (9-5 salaried position), we would be happy with both students and young professionals. Ideally we don't want someone who's going to be having mid-week parties and keeping everyone up all night but it would be nice if you were sociable and made use of the communal living room.
