I have just renewed my lease on a lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat in Kennington Village, and I'm looking for a new flatmate to join me. The flat's available from the 1st June and the rent is £850pcm plus bills.

The flat is on the first floor of a relatively new apartment block in a renovated old cinema in Kennington Village and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a large entry reception area, a combined lounge/ dining room and a fantastic balcony.

The room for let features a mirrored wardrobe, a leather framed bed and bedside drawers, built-in shelves and a fully functional black-out blind!

The main bathroom is being let with the room, it's large and has an amazing shower.

The kitchen has the must have dishwasher, as well as the usual hob, fan assisted oven, fridge freezer etc. Also, in the hallway cupboard there is a washing machine dryer.

Locations

The flat's in zone one, on a lovely tree lined road. In the village, there lots decent pubs and restaurants and a lovely square when on a warm evening you'll find lots of people having drinks and playing boules - it's idilic. There's a lovely little community in the village - it's a great place to live.

There's a bus stop outside the flat building - that goes to most central locations in 5mins to 30mins depending.

I head-up the Events Team for a Pharmaceutical organisation, I’m in my mid-thirties and I'm originally from Bath in Somerset. I have a lovely black and white Cocker Spaniel who lives with me - don't worry he's house trained. Bertie the dog and I spend lots of time walking in the nearby parks and you'll often find us in the local pubs drinking wine and catching up with friends. I'm pretty easy going, clean and tidy, and I have a boyfriend who lives in East Dulwich so Bertie and I spend most weekends there.

I’m ideally seeking a professional, who's clean and tidy, and who may wear a serious face to work, and a happy, chilled-out face at home!
