The house is absolutely stunning! Its 5 minutes away of the tube "Kennington" (Northern Line).

The house is on three floors. We have a spacious kitchen with a little courtyard/patio, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a big living room.
On top of the house there is an amazing roof terrace. The house is modern and bright! A must see, seriously! There are 4 bedrooms and one double bedroom on the first floor will be available from the 1st of August.
The rent is £800/ month , plus £70 pounds for bills a month and a £500 deposit.
You will be living with me (female) and another guy. There is a dish washer, washing machine, dryer, internet wifi , phone etc.. we are all professionals around 30.. no couples please.
