Room containing a king-size bed and plenty of storage in a spacious flat with good sized communal areas. Shares a bathroom with one other flatmate. The flat has a large and bright kitchen/dining/living room and a private roof terrace.

Sharing with 2 others: a 35 year old male and a 31 year old male, one British and one American. Looking for someone sociable and friendly. The flat is at second (top) floor level, accessed via a private courtyard. In the summer we are able to leave the front door open without any concerns about privacy or security.

It is very close to good pubs, cafes, and restaurants (there is more in Kennington than you initially think). Excellent location which is a little over 5 minutes’ walk to Kennington and Oval tube stations and 10 minutes to Vauxhall, with bus routes into the City and the West End immediately outside. Waterloo is about 20 minutes’ walk and the City is 40-45 minutes. There is a large Tesco nearby and both a Sainsbury’s and Waitrose at Vauxhall. Kennington Park and the river are very near.
