I am a UCL MSc student looking for a (preferably postgraduate) student who is fun, open, organized, clean, and willing to work together in the household. I would enjoy finding someone who I can build a friendship with, and spend relaxing evenings in our fun nights out with.

The room available is a single room, however the bed can be pulled out with another single mattress. The full bathroom is in the hallway right outside the room, but will only be used by you, so it's technically en-suite. There is a shared living room and open kitchen. The apartment is fully furnished. The weekly rent is 220£, all utility bills included. The apartment is in a very modern and new apartment block on the ground floor in a friendly, partly student, partly residential neighborhood. A washing machine is also in the apartment.

The location of the apartment is close to Kennington tube station (8 minutes walk, Northern line) and Elephant & Castle station (6 minute walk, Bakerloo & Northern line). Bus stops for buses 133, 155, 196, 333, 415, N133, N155 are very close.
