Double in friendly Kennington flatshare

I have a large, bright, furnished, double room available in a friendly three bedroom flatshare in Kennington. The room is spacious and has a double bed, very large closet as well a chest of drawers, a desk and a book shelf. The flat is situated in a great location just five minutes walk from Kennington (Northern Line), Oval (Northern Line) and Vauxhall (Victoria Line) tube stations with plenty of bus routes on the door step. There is a Tesco Superstore just 1 minute away and other convenient local shops/off licenses open 24/7.

The flat has three double bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and a balcony. There's also a roof terrace but teeeeechnically we're not supposed to go up there [shhh, don't tell anyone]. But it has a view of Big Ben! And is great for barbecues and parties (if you behave yourself). You would be sharing with a 27 year old English masters student and an American PhD student who are looking for another postgraduate students (preferred, though I will go with a professional if necessary) to move in on or around 9th July as our current flatmate is moving on to pastures new. We're looking for postgrads in particular as we are both students ourselves and would like to keep the cheeky council tax exemption.

The rent is £679 per calendar month, with a minimum term of 6 months. Bills (including water, electricity, gas and broadband; no council tax as I'm looking for other students) come to around £50 each per month.
