En Suite double room in a great Kennington mews

Hi there,

We're looking for someone to join us in our lovely house in a colourful Kennington mews.

Situated close to Kennington, Oval, Lambeth and Vauxhall tubes, and a 25 minute walk from Central London, our house has great transport links and is very close to zone 1.

We're looking for a sociable housemate who we can hang out with, cook and drink with, go to the pub with, and who might fancy an evening game of Petanque in the square around the corner or going to the local pub quiz.

The room is on it's own floor, so on those occasions you want a bit of peace and quiet it's perfect. This floor has also just been completely refurbished.

We're two girls, one of whom works in TV production and the other in business consulting, who enjoy spending time in the house as much as we do going out.

We have a good sized kitchen and sitting room. We share our courtyard with our neighbours, including an Italian restaurant and cafe. Room comes unfurnished (but does have a brand new built in wardrobe.)
