I am a secondary school languages teacher working near here. I have lived in my 4-bed flat for 13 years and would like to rent out 1 room Monday to Friday. The other 2 bedrooms are empty so there is plenty of space.
The flat is spacious and bright: both your room and the living room are dual aspect. I have finally treated myself to a new kitchen which I love.
The area is really quiet and safe but really well placed. Total journey time to Leicester Square is 20 minutes. The same for Liverpool Street. Waterloo is even quicker.
I am always out Tuesday evenings (pub quiz) and often another week night too so you will get some time by yourself in the flat.
If you need to move in before 1 November there could be some overlap with my current flatmate. If you need a desk in the room we can do a swap with what's in another room.
