Creative flat -Double Room (Nov 10th onwards)

Sadly I am leaving my double room in Kennington.

A spacious room which gains plenty of sunlight (now that winter is coming, I'm not sure how that is much of a selling point...).

Double bed, desk, chair, clothes rails and other storage included.

The flat comes with an open-plan kitchen/front room which continues onto the balcony. Again, plenty of light and great for socialising.

Both the current housemates are lovely. Friendship and socialising is important, although we have our own friends and stuff going on, so don't sit in each others pockets. Although sneaking off for a pint nearby is never a let down.
We are a creative bunch, so are looking for someone similar to join the gang. If you're interested, please let us know what you're into!

£40 (council tax & TV)
£8 (internet)

TOTAL = £555 (approx).

DEPOSIT is £587, which is to be paid in full, on confirmation of accepting the room.

Transport: The apartment is 10min walk from both Oval and Kennington tube stations. The local P5 bus leaves from outside the block (to Brixton and Elephant & Castle), but nearby Walworth Road and Kennington Park Road are extremely well-served with frequent direct buses to Shoreditch, Clapham, Waterloo, Victoria, Brixton, Peckham etc. There is a medium-sized Morrison's and small Marks & Spencer less than 10min walk away. There is a large Tesco about 15min walk away. There are also two newsagents just around the corner. Kennington Park is also just 3min away.
