Double room in lovely 3 bed house on leafy square

We have a large unfurnished double room available from March in a lovely three bed house, based on a quiet, tree lined square. It's on the first floor and has two large windows looking out onto the square.

The house has a lovely open plan kitchen/dining/living room area, a big bathroom and a pretty garden which we enjoy looking after. There's a dining room table with four chairs, and lots of cupboard space.

We're based in Kennington Cross with its lovely local pubs and restaurants. It's really well connected, 7 mins from Kennington tube, 10 mins from Vauxhall and buses regularly running to Westminster, South Bank and the West End.

Current housemates are Hattie and Dom. We're both really easy-going, friendly and considerate housemates. We like to keep the house clean and tidy, particularly as we don't have a cleaner, and so we're looking for a friendly housemate (male or female) with similar values. It definitely feels more like a home rather than a regular houseshare, and it suits people more mature, respectful of others and house-proud.

Bills work out to be around £100-120 a month. The deposit is £800 and there's a £300 charge to the letting agent for references and admin fees.
