Looking for cat loving flatmate (double bedroom)

Double bedroom in a newly refurbished house, located in zone 2 of the happening residential area of North West London.

The area is quiet and very well connected: tube station Kensal Green at 2 minutes walking (Bakerloo and overground lines) and bus stop in front of the house (including Night bus number 18 or 6 and 52).

About us:
We are a couple looking for a long term flatmate to share the house with us. We both are architects, work for a charity and travel quite often. We are looking for someone who will be happy to love and care for our cat who also lives in the house.

About the house:
Real wooden floor in the entire house except tile floor in bathroom and kitchen. The house is very clean, bright and spacious. There are two bedrooms in the house, a studio/work space, one fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, and plenty of storage space. All the rooms have large windows, which make the house very bright; this is very convenient for living in London.

For the cold days, the house offers a Central heating system with Double-glazing windows.

The double bedroom is newly furnished (including a new mattress).

What makes the special character of this house is its spacious private garden that is accessible from the road or from the kitchen. There is also a big shed in the garden where you will be able to store things, including a bicycle if you cycle!

You wouldn't have to worry about grocery shopping since the huge Sainsbury's is located at walking distance! On Sundays Queens park farmers market is at a walking distance for organic food.
In case you like jogging, the Paddington canal is located 5 minutes walking from the house and its path will take you to Paddington, Camden, without meeting a single car!

We welcome clean people and NON-smokers only.
All bills and Internet are included, one month deposit.
