Twin room for a girl to share with a 28 years old nice and tidy Italian girl. The 2 bedroom flat is located on a quiet and safe residential street in the up and coming Kensal Rise neighborhood.

The newly restored flat is very bright and has wooden floors throughout the spacious living-room /dining space / open plan kitchen.

It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer, electric gas and oven. It had a TV / landline / wireless internet connection.

It has one very clean and comfortable bathroom (bathtub) with ample storage and a perfect heating system / boiler.
The double room is fully furnished (2 beds, mattresses, wardrobe, desk, cabinet, storage) and is on a separate floor from the other bedroom, giving some privacy.

It has a small lovely roof with a view on a garden for the hot summer days tanning days!
The neighborhood is very charming and has wonderful delis / restaurants / bars / clubs within short walking distance (5 mins to Chamberlayne Road).

You will also find a large Sainsbury's Supermarket only within a 5-10 minute walk. Queen's park and the Sunday Salisbury farmers market are a 10 mins walk away. Portobello market and Notting Hill are a 15 mins walk away.
The house is very conveniently located close to 2 underground stations and many buses (day and night) for great connections across the city. It is easy and practical to get to the East as well as Central London.
Kensal Green / Bakerloo (3mins walk) takes you straight to central London within 15-20 mins
Kensal Rise / Overground (6mins walk) takes you to Euston with 15 mins and has connections to the East.
Bus 452 and 52 connects you to RCA kensington campus within 30 mins. Otherwise, it is a 15 mins cycle ride!
In case you wish to park a car, there is always a lot of free spaces throughout the street.

You'd be sharing the flat with two females in their late twenties (filmmaker / artist / designer) (interior designer) who are very friendly, clean and tidy.
The room is available JUST FOR A SHORT TERM (THE FIRST 20 DAYS OF NOVEMBER 2014. The rent is 300. 00£ pm, bills excluded. The council tax has been already paid.
