House: Victorian house, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms powershower (1 en-suite so you will be sharing with just 1 other), large kitchen with loads of storage (steel and wooden floor)

Room: The room has a double bed, wooden floors, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Area: Residential 1 min walk from Kensal Green tube station (Zone 2 on the bakerloo line). Great location, 10 mins walk to Queens Park, 20 mins walk to Portobello (also loads of buses and overground). Shops around the corner, huge Sainsbury's 10 min walk but also Tescos local 5 mins, close to really trendy bars, pubs and restaurants.

Flatmates: 2 friendly female professionals (1 Australian and 1 English)

Rent: £463 per month exc. bills (elec, gas, water, TV license, broadband, council tax comes to roughly £70 per month)

We are looking for a female professional age 25-35 more or less to stay long term. The price is extremely cheap (nothing in the area for this price that is modern so hury as it will go quickly!

Moving date is 11-12th October
