Quiet and bright flat - including bills on a beautiful street 2 minutes walk from Queens Park open space and Kensal Rise overground and 7 mins to Queens Park tube (Bakerloo Line)

My flat mate is moving out to live with his girlfriend - so I'm looking for someone to share my flat and make it their home.

I'm very relaxed and tidy, respectful of privacy and due to my job in radio, I'm often out in the evenings (usually fun things with +1's) and can be away at weekends. Looking for someone fun, who likes a giggle too.

Single occupants only, 1 month rent deposit and rent to be paid in advance.

Room will be unfurnished - but current flat mate will come to agreement and his furniture behind if needed.
