Unfortunately, I have to travel for a work contract Feb-June so I am looking to sub-let my room in my wonderful flat while I am away.

It is a small double room with a large built in wardrobe.

The flat is a sociable homely place to be, we love nights in with a good film as much as a night out to the local pubs or a visit to one of the local brunch spots.

You would be sharing with 2 lovely girls, one (29) that works in marketing and one (27) that works as a PT/Pilates teacher.
Sorry, no couples or students.

Lots of communal space, large shared living room with bay windows, dining table, three sofas and TV. Separate kitchen equipped with all the mod cons including dishwasher.

Owned by a private landlord, the flat is located on a quiet residential street in Kensal Rise, North West London. Queen's Park, Kilburn, West Hampstead and Notting Hill are all within walking distance.

Zone 2 - Kensal Rise Overground station is a 2 min walk. Queen's Park and Kensal Green Bakerloo stations are both a 10 min walk. Buses 6, 452, 52, 28 and 316.

Rent would be £650 plus £90 bills per month.
No deposit required as it is a short let.

Room is available from Sunday 22nd January until the end of May/June, flexible on dates.

It would suit somebody who wants a lovely place to call home for a few months with friendly girls in leafy surroundings.
