The room is a lovely, spacious room with modern decor, double bed, good storage and modern furniture. You can breathe the fresh air and can enjoy the warm sunshine in the room and can view the nice garden through the window.

You can share the living room, the bathroom and the kitchen with other nice professional students. All of these rooms are fully furnished.

The house is located in NW10 in zone 2, a very quiet and secure residential area with plenty of local shops, restaurants, gyms as well as a big Sainsbury’s and some deli’s and cafes. It is 1 min walking distance to Kensal Rise (London Overground Train Station) and less than 1o mins to Kensal Green (London Overground and Bakerloo Line ), in addition, less than 3 minutes to bus stop (6, 52, 452, 28, 316) to Central London. 30 mins to Oxford Circus, 20 mins to Notting Hill Gate, 35 mins to Victoria, Piccadilly Circus. Less than 15 mins to Westfield Shopping Mall (Shepherd’s Bush).

The rent is￡650 per month excludes all bills (the bills will be shared with other four roommates) and ￡680 includes all
bills monthly for one person. If you are a couple, the rent will be slightly adjusted.
