Double in Amazing Flat - Kensal Rise / Queens Park

Hello.

We have recently moved into a lovely three-bed flat in Kensal Rise. Now we need a great third person to complete the home.

Tell us a bit about yourself, and we'll be looking to arrange viewings with suitable roomies soon. Feel free to ask any questions.

THE FLAT / ROOM

A recently decorated, bright and airy first-floor flat with plenty of character and a great, homely lounge.

There is a separate kitchen and one bathroom. The flat and room come furnished.

The room itself is a small double featuring a single wardrobe, double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, a window, two shelves, and a total of eight power points.

THE LOCATION

We're a short walk to Kensal Green station where you can hop on the Bakerloo or Overground to Euston.

It's an even shorter walk to Kensal Rise Overground station on Chamberlyne Road, which will take you to Stratford, Clapham Jct, and Richmond. Queens Park / Salusbury Road is just a ten-minute walk away which will also put you onto the Bakerloo.

We're just off Chamberlyne Road which has a number of pubs, shops, and restaurants as well as the obligatory Tesco Express.

US

We both work in online tech / creative industries. If we're at home during the week we'll probably settle down to watch a film on Netflix with good food and drink. If it's the weekend, we'll be exploring London (by day and night). We're sociable, laidback, and like to have friends over when possible.

YOU

An easygoing, professional that enjoys socialising, good food, movies, and the occasional drink / night out. Of course, the usual applies for someone that will be clean / respectful and is keen to help make the flat a sociable home rather than somewhere just to crash.

We need someone move in ASAP.
