Large double room to rent in a three bedroom flat in Kentish Town. The flat is on the top floor of a lovely building just three minutes walk from Kentish Town tube, loads of buses and a 10 minute walk to Gospel Oak or Kentish Town West overground stations. There's is a big kitchen/sitting room with views over North London, new appliances, TV and a huge sofa. There is also a new bathroom with electric shower and bath. The room itself is pretty big, overlooking the shared garden, with lots of natural light and wooden floors.

We are incredibly close (five minute walk) to at least 4 great pubs, lots of restaurants (everything from Ethiopian to Korean), two Sainsbury's and a Co-op. Hampstead Heath is a 10 minute walk away for those rare sunny days, and Camden a 15 minute stroll along the canal.

You'd be sharing with two ladies (early twenties), both working in advertising agencies in West London. Our current flatmate is moving to China and so unsurprisingly won't be needing his room any more. We are clean, friendly, and for the most part chilled out. We like to cook and watch whatever's on Channel 4 on weekdays, and films, clubs, shops, and friends on weekends.

We're looking for someone who appreciates being in bed by 11pm as much as a cheesy chips at 4am. Someone who appreciates a general level of hygiene and preferably someone who likes to get involved in the kitchen.
