We are a friendly flatshare and as one of flatmates is seeking a new adventure overseas, we are looking for a new male housemate to keep the balance (we are currently 2 female and 1 male professionals).

The room available is a small, sunny double at the front of the house.

The flat is very light and spacious with high ceilings and period charm. There is a large well-equipped kitchen with balcony, spacious living room and lovely roof terrace. We also have the most amazing uninterrupted views towards Parliament Hill at the back and the City at the front.

The flat has all mod cons including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

The flat is well situated between Tufnell Park and Archway tube stations and Gospel Oak overground station. Good bus links to the City and West End. Walking distance to Hampsted Heath and Highgate Village.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and open to sharing the odd meal/drink.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, set of drawers and a large built in wardrobe. The room is available from August 1st.
