Double Room in Victorian House, Dartmouth Park

We're seeking a new housemate to move into our lovely 6 bedroom victorian terraced house in Dartmouth Park.

Current housemates are 5 young professionals (3 males, 2 females). 1x Architect, 2 x Digital marketers an engineer and an animator. We all get along well, have our own friends, but enjoying socialising together.

The house is split over four floors, with a large kitchen with dining area, two reception rooms that make up the living room with an open fire place, 6 bedrooms, one bathroom, a single toilet and shower room. There's a basement to store bikes, a garden at the rear and small garden at the front.

The house is well looked after and feels really homely. We'd really like someone to join us who's will become part of the group and treat this as a home.

The room (available from 24th July) is on the second floor and comes with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, sink, shelves, double bed and a large sash window.

The room is £625 pcm and we all contribute £100pcm which covers the cleaner, all bills and household essentials. (Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax, broadband and Virgin TV). The cleaner comes in once a week.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Hampstead Heath and about 10mins walk to Tufnell Park Tube or the Gospel Oak Overground.

Smokers are fine, just keep it to outside.
