Relaxed flatshare 2 mins from Kentish Town station

Myself and my housemate Holly need to move out of our lovely 3-bed maisonette in Kentish Town and Carolyn (your potential new housemate) needs two new people to move in!

The rooms on offer are both really good-sizes, both furnished double-rooms with drawers, bed, wardrobe etc. They're both bright and airy and pretty quiet. The rest of the house is nice too...the bedrooms are all upstairs, with the shower room. Then downstairs we have a dining room, kitchen, lounge and toilet. It's really nice and you get AMAZING SUNSETS from the lounge window at night (something we're definitely going to miss)!

The house is quite big and there's also lots of storage under the stairs and in the boiler cupboard. There's a bike rack outside and you can even tie your bike to the railings right outside our door if you have one.

The flat is a 2-minute walk from Kentish Town station, with the Northern Line and the Thameslink (which is amazing for getting to anywhere in the city - 2 stops/8 minutes to Farringdon, or for getting to West Hampstead). Kentish Town West is about a 10 minute walk down the road for the overground. Camden is a 10/15 minute walk and the night bus stops at the end of the road near our local, the Assembly House.

Otherwise, there are LOADS of pubs in Kentish Town, a Sainsbury's Local (and a Tesco express, AND a small Co-op). We've also got an Iceland and apparently they're opening an Aldi soon. If you fancy doing a big shop, the bus to Morrisons stops about 10 metres outside our door.

Carolyn is a 30-year-old Architect who works in Central London. She is looking for flatmates that can hopefully be friends too, who enjoy a chat and a glass of wine and maybe the occasional shared meal! She likes going to gigs, wandering markets, cooking, baking, reading and watching films.

The rent is £715pcm and bills are about £80-£90 every month.
