One double room available in a quiet house only a three minute walk from Kentish Town tube station is available from August 7.

The double room is on the top floor of a four bedroom house. The house comprises of an open plan sitting room/kitchen with a lovely baloney. All mod cons included such as washer, tumble dryer, 40 inch tv with all digital channels and an upstairs and ground floor bathroom, both with showers (and one bath).

Current housemates are all working professionals and respect each other's space but get together for a summer BBQ or drinks down in our favourite bar, The Grafton.

Location wise you could not be living in a better location. The house is a 3 minute walk from both the underground and overground station. The Kentish Town sports centre is only a one minute walk while there are several shops just round the corner including Tesco, Sainburys and Co-Op.

The rent is very affordable at £670 a month and an added benefit is council tax is included in the rent, so bills plus rent normally comes to £715 p/m approx.
