Large room with a view
Hi, we - Angela and Martin - are looking for a new flatmate in our NW5 flat.
We both work as freelance professionals and are interested in cities, people, arts and all the rest. We're pretty laid back and sometimes work from the house too. We have our own lives but like joint dinners, BBQs etc. Yes, we have a small but lovely roof top terrace too which is upstairs next to the room we're looking to find a new flatmate for.
It's a lovely big room (15m2-ish, part furnished) with panorama windows across Kentish Town and North London.
The flat is part of a Victorian town house with roof top terrace, great big living room, wooden floors, fire place, big kitchen, bathroom, high ceilings, lots of light ... and recently decorated. All in all the house (which is a 3rd and 4th floor flat with its own entrance door and front garden) is about 100m2. Please get in touch if you like the sound of this.
And because people always ask: bills per flatmate are (including cleaner, BT, TV, contents insurance average about £160 pm) / Deposit is £750
- £750 pcm (double)
