Hi. We're looking for a short-term flatmate for the fourth double bedroom in the Kentish Town flat that we've been living in since 2010, for the period from 27th July till the first week of September (or the lion's share of it).
The room - on the top floor of our 3-floor flat - is fully furnished, and you'll have use of the shared kitchen, bathroom and living room, including Sky+ television and broadband. The price (£170/week) includes all bills.
We're just two minutes' walk from the Kentish Town tube station (Northern line, and Thameslink rail). And the area's full of great pubs and bars, a short walk from Hampstead Heath, and convenient for travel pretty much anywhere in London.
