Double room in friendly, spacious flat

We are looking for a new flatmate to move into our three-bedroom flat in leafy Dartmouth Park (between Tufnell Park and Hampstead Heath). We are Katie and Kari, professionals in our early 30's who are super-chilled, sociable and frequently out having adventures. We are looking for someone similar to move in beginning of September.

The house is on a very quiet street, under 10 minutes walk from Tufnell Park tube station. We are also really close to Gospel Oak overground and Kentish Town - plus a 5 minute stroll to Hampstead Heath, which is amazing come rain or shine.

The room is a spacious double, furnished with a bed, wardrobe and drawers. The flat has a large shared living room, and we've recently had new bathrooms and kitchen fitted. You'd be sharing a bathroom with just one other person.

Rent is £825 per month, which includes all bills, internet and a cleaner.
