A bright / airy double room furnished with a double bed available. The room has plenty of storage space with 2 fitted wardrobes up to the ceiling.

The property is Victorian and set over two top floors. There is a large patio out back. The two bedrooms are on the top floor along with a shared bathroom which has a good shower and a brand new washing machine in a separate closet. The living room is a good size with two sofas and there is a good sized modern kitchen with dishwasher. I have Virgin fibre optic broadband and cable which is available.

You'd be sharing with me, a 46 year old woman originally from Canada who has been here since 1994 so I would consider myself almost a Londoner... Not so much a huge partier anymore, but I don't shy away from having a drink once or twice a week. I like to go out in Kentish Town / Camden local pubs and have the odd friend over for drinks on the patio (when it's sunny!).

It is a non-smoking flat but I do have a smoke outside on the patio.

I work in finance in Mayfair so I pretty much work 9-5, Monday-Friday. I am at my boyfriend’s over the weekend quite often so you would have the place to yourself many weekends and days during the week!

There also is a third very important tenant in the flat, my cat George who is lovely and gentle and guaranteed you will fall for him like all of my friends have.

Rent is £1000 per month excluding bills (6 weeks deposit).
