Current flat mate is moving out so we are looking for someone to move in to the smaller of the two rooms. The area has become quite expensive, but we've found a nice flat for a good price, so trying to keep it.
- Looking for someone of similar age, male or female.
- Evenly split rent and bills.
- We've been living here since April 2013.

Flat:
Double french doors in the lounge/kitchen, three flights of stairs, warpy floors & doors, high ceilings, open plan kitchen & lounge, big windows either side of the flat - gets almost all of the day's sunlight. broadband, large tv, fish tank,

Area:
Transport's good, Kentish Town tube 5 mins down the road, 10 mins to Kentish Town West overground. Got about 8 buses to choose from - a few night buses, they connect well with central, east & west. You can usually park right outside too.
- Hampstead heath's a 15 min walk (ponds, lido, sledging, blackberry picking)
- Kentish Town gym, LA Fitness gym nearby
- Great pubs and places to eat.
- Two farmers markets in the area, Saturday and Sunday.

Couple:
27 male & 27 female, English, from the area & have friends in the area, well rounded, love food, film, sport, drink on the weekends. ride bikes. work hard. typical evenings involve cooking, watching tv and working late.
- male: web developer, full-time.
- female: runs a small clothing business, waitress & PA.

We're not a very "couply" couple, so it should feel like it's the three of us sharing, as opposed to you + us.
