An incredible room is available in a beautiful mansion building from the end of October. Sadly I have to move out of this flat due to work commitments and am really sad to be leaving as the 3 flat mates are amazing! The room is a large double with a window overlooking our beautiful garden which is ideal for bbq's and entertaining. There is a large open plan living room with sky tv and separate kitchen with large dining table. The flat is in a great area which has excellent transport links and a host of shops/cafés on your doorstep. There are also excellent pubs nearby. The current flat mates are 2 girls and 1 guy all in a variety of jobs and they are great flat mates. The rent for the room is £725 per month with bills included ( council tax, water, internet, sky TV).
