Awesome Double Room in Friendly Kentish Town Home

Hey!
We are three professionals looking for a like-minded person to move into our awesome house.

Why is it awesome? We have a great open plan living/kitchen area and beautiful balcony (see photos), rooms are a good size and Kentish Town is a great place to live!! Not to mention the fact that council tax is included in the £670 monthly rent. Toilet, bath and shower upstairs where three of the bedrooms are, plus toilet and shower.

The room itself is the one in the photo. It is a good size and comes with a double bed, wardrobe desk and shelves. It is at the back of the house so nice and quiet with a big sash window that opens onto a nice flat roof which is great in the summer months!

There are currently a girl, Laura (a nursery school teacher) and a guy, Keith, (who works for Expedia) and Vanessa (who works in marketing)
I am moving out to move to a different part of London.

We are quite a busy household with work and leisure activities but have made the place a home.

The living room transforms from a sporting arena (Man Utd) to a wine tasting event (red wines in particular) and various Netflix series in between (Community, Breaking Bad, Louis Theroux documentaries... it all depends on the day you visit).

We are looking for someone to fit into our home. A person with their own life, hobbies and interests to share with us.

We share the cleaning and also have a cleaner once every 2 weeks but we are definitely interested in someone who can pick up after themselves and can muck in with the tidying up sometimes.

If you don't love Kentish Town yet, be prepared to.

It's not a party house, we all work hard, so most of all we want someone who is also ready to make this their home.
