Double room in Kentish Town

This is a great flat in the centre of Kentish Town, in a quiet street 2 mins from Kentish Town tube and numerous bus stops. Kentish town high street with tons of shops, cafe and the great pubs is again only 2minutes walk from the flat.

The room is a good size with a large window and nice decor. It comes with a double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe and book shelves. But if you have your own things the landlord might be able to be flexible.

The place has two more double bedrooms, lovely kitchen with everything you will need, living room, bathroom with separate toilet and finally a balcony with stunning views over London....you can even see the Shard. It gets the sun all day so is also great for sunbathing :)

Finally, most important, the other flat mates, one guy (24) and one girl (31) who are both architects. They are the best flat mates anyone could hope for, tidy, fun and great to hang out with, but also busy people so you will always have space to enjoy the place in peace. Occasional nights out at the local pub or movies on the sofa happen are common but everyone pretty much gets on with their own things.

The new flat mate can be either guy or girl, but should be professional, relaxed and enjoy similar things to the rest of the flat. No set criteria so if you think the above sounds good get in touch!
