This is a lovely top floor, light flat in a red brick block. Less than ten minutes walk to main street in K Town, quiet street yet great pub (equally good tap and cocktail offerings) and night bus (390) over the road.
The room has a built in wardrobe and is currently unfurnished though I have been offered a free double bed so that is available if needed. The rest of the flat I have furnished fairly successfully through donations. It is a really nice space with lots of light. And as it is a top floor flat the sunsets looking west are awesome.
A bit about me - I am a creative type, have been working in brand strategy and consulting though moving into freelance design. I like art, film, drinking nice wine, drinking nice coffee, walking around London and traveling.
I am fairly easy going but do like to keep the flat nice and not dirty. Would like someone to chill out with but happy to do our own thing too.
Bills not included - think £70 max for internet/tax/gas/water/elec.
