Large double room in spacious 2 bed house (SE3)

I'm offering my spare double bedroom room for £650 + bills. The room has a queen size bed, built in double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table (its a big room).

The living/dining room is nice and airy with a door directly onto the garden. The kitchen is separate and there is also a downstairs bathroom (but I'll be honest my bikes are in there). Both bedrooms upstairs are very large doubles with built in wardrobes and have plenty of space, I think the one I'm offering is actually the master bedroom but they are both pretty much the same.

Looking for a relaxed flatmate who is clean and tidy.

A little bit about me: I'm out quite a bit between my fairly long working hours and training for triathlon. I also travel frequently for work and events. When i am around I'm up and out before 6:30 Monday to Friday as I start early, so kitchen and bathroom are all yours in the mornings. I'm back early from work usually before 6 and I'll sometimes do a turbo session in the lounge or garden if the weather is good.

I love the location of the house - blackheath heath (if that makes sense) is a 15 minute walk away and the heath backs onto the beautiful Greenwich park - runners/wanders' paradise. And there are loads of wine bars and pubs around Blackhead and Greenwich. So if I'm not at work or training that's generally where I'll be :)

The walk to the station is 10 mins via a lit footpath. Then it is a 17 minute journey to London Bridge and on to Cannon Street or 22 minutes to Waterloo and on to Victoria.
