Friendly flatmate wanted - double room!

Hello!

We are looking for a fun and friendly person (sorry, no couples, no students and no smokers) to join our flat in Kilburn. There are four of us in the flat, 1 girl and 3 guys.

The room on offer is a medium-sized, furnished double bedroom. There is a main bathroom that includes a bath & shower that you would also be sharing this with two of us.
The kitchen and living room is an open plan area with a fan oven, gas hobs, fridge/freezer and washing machine. We also have a spare room for guests. The room is available from Friday 8th of July 2016.

The flat is a 1 minute walk from Kilburn Tube station (Jubilee Line) and Brondesbury overground station, a 10 minute walk from West Hampstead thameslink station, and numerous buses (including night buses e. g. N16 that stops outside and the N98 which stops just down the road). The entrance to the flat is on the main road, with local convenience stores and a Sainsburys and Tesco close by. The North London Tavern is a good pub, as well as the Black Lion further down the road.

A bit about us - we're aged between 26-34 years. We enjoy chatting and having the odd drink together, however we're not a party flat and enjoy coming home to relax after work. We each keep the flat tidy and are keen to keep it this way.
