Cosy room in lovely 2 bed near Kilburn tube!

My flatmate has had enough of the recent rain and is moving to a sunny place at the beginning of August - I am looking for a lovely person to move in when he leaves.

The flat is between Willesden Green and Kilburn (about 5 minutes walk from both Jubilee stations). The flat has 2 bedrooms, a living room and a separate modern kitchen - the flat is on a quiet street and our neighbours are luckily just as quiet.

The room that is up for grabs is a cosy room with a double bed - it’s furnished, i. e. a desk, a cupboard, side table and bed/mattress will be available.

I am Davide, I am 31, working in anti-money laundering and financial crimes in the city with pretty standard 9 to 5ish hours. I am often not at home in the evening - politics is a big interest of mine so you are more likely to see me at a grassroots meeting than in my bedroom.

You should be employed (landlord may want to see proof of employment).

Move in date is the 6th of August.
Rent is £575 without bills (about 140 pounds per month)
Deposit is £575
No Agency Fees - we have a private landlord so no fees!

Viewing Date - Monday 11th of July (afternoon)
