Forget Hollywood; Think Cricklewood glam!

Our lovely housemate is moving out join her sister in the shires and we are in need of a replacement.

DOUBLE room comes with a large extra comfy king size bed, shelving, side table, wardrobe, and lovely wood floors in our 4 bedroom house. The room isn't huge but obviously big enough for the king bed (there is no room for a desk). Dimensions are 3. 6m x 2. 4m. Plenty of storage space throughout the house. Flexible move in date for the right person - but no later then mid-February.

The House: Two toilets, one shower, one bath. Large lounge and dining room both with working fireplaces. All modern gas kitchen. Unlimited BT Broadband. Located in a terraced historical preservation area of Cricklewood. Large Garden with storage shed and brick BBQ - great for [wet] summer drinks!

The Housemates: Vicky, 29, originally from Wales, works in television for the BBC and a SoHo based production company, keen writer enjoys the cinema and singing Donna Summer while on the exercise bike. Amy, 25, from Bournemouth. She works in retail, and bakes treats for every occasion imaginable, she is keen on art and awesome at drawing illustrations! And Clayton, 29, who works as Graphic Designer for a national newspaper in London Bridge. He enjoys looking after the garden, cooking up all sorts of exciting meals and keeps himself entertained helping out the local residents association. We are all tidy and quiet yet social and friendly, sometimes cook dinners on Sundays but also very respectful of each others space.

The Area: Right off the Edgware road we are on the border of Kilburn and Willesden Green with West Hampstead to the Southeast and Golders Green to the Northeast. There is a 24 hour food store and Mataland located just a few steps from the front door. A Co-op, B&Q, and Iceland are located on the Broadway about 4 minutes walk and a new Tesco 2 minutes walk at the end of the street, as well as pubs takeaways (and a personal favorite KFC) alternatively there is a Virgin Active or a private gym across the road. We are also about 4 minutes walk from Gladstone Park.

Transport: Excellent links for any part of the city. 6 different buses literally stop about 40 feet from the door. Buses come every 3 minutes to the tube station.

9 minutes to Brondesbury (Zone 2 London Overground) via bus 32, 332, 16, 316
7 minutes to Willesden Green (Zone 2 Jubilee Line) via bus 266
14 minutes to Golders Green (Zone 3 Northren Line) via bus 245
10 minutes bus ride to Brent Cross shopping center via 266 or 189
-15 minutes walk to Willesden Green (Zone 2 Jubilee Line)
-There are also two 24 hour night buses that run from central the 189 and 16.
-National Rail: 5 minute walk to Cricklewood National Rail station on the Thameslink Bedford to Brighton line that runs every 15 minutes 24 hours a day. It takes 10 minutes to Kentish Town, 13 min to Kings Cross and 23 minutes to Blackfriars Station. The Thameslink is excellent for anyone who works in The City.

Looking For: A girl or guy, must be in their 20s/30s who is tidy, sociable, and English speaking. Must also be willing to sign a lease, initially for four/five months. We want someone who will want to join us for summer BBQs and winter dinner parties, the occasional glass of wine and a natter at the end of the day, or a pint at The Crown (Cricklewood's [in]famous bar/pub/nightclub)

Rent is £555 PCM; bills split 4 ways between us.
