Hi there my name is Ross, I live in a lovely, clean 2 bedroom flat with my girlfriend Orshi and we are looking for a professional male or couple to move in to the smaller double bedroom in our flat.

The smaller double room comes furnished with a large queen size bed with headboard, matching set of full length wardrobe, large chest of drawers with vanity mirror and bed side cabinet. It has two large sash windows with full length blinds, and its position gets great morning and afternoon sun without being to bright or dark.

The flat has a large living room/dining area, with 2 large leather sofas, dining table with 4 chairs, large floor rug and a large set of French windows which not only makes the living room feel even more spacious and airy but opens out onto a small private balcony, which is great for having a morning coffee on the weekend (weather permitting.)

There is a small kitchen off the living room with a washing machine, plenty of cupboard space, gas oven/grill and hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave.

The bathroom for the flat is a windowless room (due to the design of the property all the bathrooms are rooms within the flats and as such have extractor fans fitted instead of windows. The bathroom contains a standard bath with power shower, cupboard/shelf space, toilet and sink with radiator and towel rails.

The flat itself is situated in a block of private mansion flats, which has its own intercom buzzer, post delivery service situated in the ground floor lobby, with CCTV on the buildings entrance for added security.

We have a large Aldi, Sainsburys, Tesco Express and Sainsburys Local less than 5 minute walk from the flat with a large park roughly 10 minutes walk away. We also have some really nice pubs and bars and lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from in the immediate area.

I work in the City of London as a building supervisor and my girlfriend is a manager for a restaurant in North West London, we both work long hours during the week so the flat is pretty chilled and quiet. We have a 2 year old cat called Milli who is very smart,(sometimes a little too smart for his own good), chilled, affectionate and people friendly. We don't hide away in our room but respect the fact that after a long days work not everybody wants to socialize, but we always make an effort to make the flat as welcoming and homely as possible.

We are a very friendly couple and will always go out of our way to help out others or to compromise over issues and believe strongly that happy flatmates equals a happy home.

It is in Zone 2 close to all local amenities but far enough from the main road to be considered quiet.

The price for this flat share is £845 security deposit plus one months full rent including somme bills (£950)

The Gas and Electricity are paid every 3 months at a cost of roughly £20-£45 each. This cost is only really noticable during the winter months though :)
