Spacious double room available in Kilburn/West Ham
Hi there!
We are looking for a new flatmate to move in with us from 15th September.
The flat has a large kitchen, a bathroom and an extra WC, and a large separate living room where we like to relax and hang out. The room itself is large, with a double bed, chair, and closets (desk not included). We are on the ground floor with a shared garden on a quiet residential street.
We are 3 minutes from Kilburn tube station (Jubilee Line), 5 minutes from Brondesbury overground, and bus stops with regular night buses are just around the corner. West End Lane and West Hampstead are also only 6 minutes away.
We are two male postgraduate students, easy-going and sociable, but also hard-working and respectful of one another's company. Ideally, we would be looking for another student - otherwise you would be solely responsible for paying the council tax of about £130 a month on top of the rent.
If you are interested, send us an email and tell us a little bit about yourself.
