Double bedroom in spacious flat, Kilburn (zone 2)

Hello all. We rent a 3 bedroomed flat in Kilburn and are looking for a new housemate as one of us is leaving. The flat is 3 minutes walk from Kilburn tube station (jubilee line zone 2) and from there it takes only 10 minutes to get into central London! The flat is also 10 minutes walk to West Hampstead Thames link.

Both of us are teachers and enjoy chilling out in our free time, having chats over tea or wine. We both love cooking. There is a spacious kitchen with lots of cupboard space and a large living room with 3 sofas and a dining table, so plenty of space to have people over and entertain or just to relax after a day at work.

The bedroom is a good size and is furnished with a desk, wardrobe, double bed and bedside table. We are also lucky enough to have a big garden all to ourselves, which is perfect for BBQs and sunbathing!

The room is available from now and rent is £630 pcm, not including bills. Bills usually come up to £75 a month each. This includes broadband, phone and Virgin TV.
