My current flatmate is moving in with her partner so there's a double room available in our pretty and homely 2 bedroom flat.

In a nutshell:

It's technically a West Hampstead address but closer to Kilburn tube (5 minutes away); 12 minutes to West Hampstead Thameslink/Overground/Undergro und.

The whole flat is bright and airy, located on a quiet tree-lined street and provides a sanctuary from the City.

The room available is a reasonable sized double room - the furniture in the photos is not staying so you are free to furnish as you wish! There's enough space for a double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bathroom - bath, and shower over the bath (great water pressure!)
