We are looking for someone to join a friendly, sociable flat in Kilburn, north London.

The flat is gorgeous, a Victorian conversion with fireplaces and high ceilings, on a quiet, attractive street 5 minutes from Kilburn station.

The room is at the rear of the flat, overlooking the gardens. It's a light and airy double room, fully furnished with excellent storage.

As well as Kilburn for the Jubilee line, we are 10 minutes from Brondesbury overground and 15 minutes walk from West Hampstead. There are also excellent bus connections on Kilburn high road.

There is a fantastic communal living room with a modern kitchen/dining area, with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.

The new tenant would also have primary use of the main bathroom (shower + bath) as the other tenants have their own en suite.

We are looking for someone relaxed and friendly to join the flat. It has a communal atmosphere, and we regularly like to cook together, watch movies, play the x-box etc. The two existing tenants are a couple, and have two rooms between them (bedroom and study/spare room). The spare room has a double bed and is negotiable for guests when necessary. One tenant is a PhD student who sometimes works from home. We're a geeky, tidy(ish), friendly flat, looking for a geeky, tidy(ish), friendly flatmate.

Deposit is 6 weeks rent. Bills are about £90/month including internet. Parking permits are available for on-street parking.
