We are a professional couple in our late twenties looking for 2 new flat mates to share our beautiful 3 bed garden flat in Kilburn. We have been living with another couple for the past year and using the third single room as a shared study and would like to meet another couple interested in keeping the same arrangement, or 2 friends looking for 1 double and 1 single room.

The flat is on a lovely quiet, leafy street as part of a period conversion. It is very close to jubilee line (2mins), overground (3), buses, shops and parks. The flat consists of:

3 bedrooms (2dbl, 1 single)
2 bathrooms (1bath, 1 shower)
Dining area
Large living room
Great kitchen (with dishwasher)
Very large, shared garden and private patio area for hanging out in the summer :)
Parking space and secure storage for bicycles

We both work in education, but also have creative hobbies. We enjoy cooking, gardening, music and art. We're tidy housemates and would like to live with friendly easy-going people who will take care of the flat. Our property is managed, which means we get well looked after, but agency fees are £144 per person.

The rent is
£975 for the double room (couple)
or
£625 for the double and £350 for the single.
Bills are not included.

Minimum 6 month contract starting from September 2014

You'll need references or a guarantor, plus the first month's rent and 6 weeks deposit.
