Hi,

My brother is moving out as so i have a great big room to rent.
The room comes with double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and loads of lights. The room is very quite, and from 2 windows you a have view of our garden.

The flat is only 6 months old when we moved in was just refurbished and all the appliances where brand new.

The Kitchen is all high tech as well as the bathroom.

I am a very clean person so would be great to have someone that shares same passion! :)

In the rent only the council tax are included however the rest of the bills are not that high.

There is also sky and sky broadband, tv, washing machine, and a nice storage space.

I am a very nice, funny person, that loves to work but at the same time likes to enjoy life.
I love to cook, go out, have bbq in the garden and watch movies.

The area is great...
There are Tesco, Sainsbury, cooperative, Iceland and Lidl 10 min walk from the flat.

Crickelwood, Kilburn and Brondesbury station are 10 min walk from the flat.

There are quite few good pubs and clubs such as love and liquor which are open till late.

Virgin Gym is very close but there are few more which a fairly cheeper and still very good.
