About the flat:

Situated in a lovely, quiet street in between Kilburn High Street and West End Lane, this flat comes with period features, lots of light and all the modern commodities: LCD TV, a brand new cooker, oven, fridge, SKY TV & fast internet. There are 2 bathrooms, one is shower room and the other a toilet.
It's a 15 min walk to both Kilburn tube station and West Hampstead Thameslink station, tube station and overground station. Buses also stop very close to the flat.
Brent Cross Shopping Centre is only a 15 min bus ride and there are plenty of shops and supermarkets both on Kilburn High Street and West End Lane. Plenty of restaurants and pubs are also located off of West End Lane.

About the rent:
The rent, to be paid monthly is £480 + bills, which are around £100 per month.
The contract is for 6 months, renewable. Move in date is flexible somewhere in September. There are also a deposit and admin expenses to be paid.

About the room:
The room faces the rear garden and has a lot of character. It features a stunning fireplace, a big window and it also has 2 very big wardrobes. The mattress has been recently replaced. The room is available for one person only.

About us:
You'll replace Thiago, who is moving out, and will be sharing the place with two girls in our late twenties and early thirties, both working full time in advertising and accounting, who are clean, tidy, respectful as well as easy-going and very friendly. Like everyone else in London, we're always very busy but enjoy a cosy night in watching TV and chatting with the other flatmates too.

About you:
You should be able to demonstrate working full time and have sufficient income to pay the rent, bills and deposit. The landlord requires a credit check and a reference letter before you can move in.
Since this is a landlord requirement, we can't do anything about it, so do not try to reach us if you are unable to satisfy it.

We're looking for someone who is considerate, tidy and clean, as well as friendly and laid-back and have no problems communicating in English, either a girl or a guy.
